Shipping & Delivery
- Ground orders are shipped via USPS with a non-refundable flat fee of $5.95.
- 2-Day orders are shipped via FedEx with a non-refundable flat fee of $10.95

The title and risk of loss of all items purchased from Tweezerman.com pass to you, the buyer, when Tweezerman delivers the items to a delivery carrier. Any claims for loss or damage must be presented to the carrier, not Tweezerman. If you are still having a problem after speaking to the carrier, please get in touch with us at cs@tweezerman.com with your name and order number for further review.

Free Sharpening
Please begin by completing our sharpening eligibility quiz here.
If your implements are eligible for our sharpening program, you will be brought to our online sharpening form. Please complete and submit this form online. You will receive an email confirmation upon completing the online form. *Please send all sharpening implements in an insured padded mailer to ensure proper delivery*
Our estimated turnaround time for each sharpening service order is 12-16 business weeks for US orders and 16-18 business weeks for international orders. This timing begins when your order is received and processed in our warehouse.
*Please note that processing once your order is delivered can take up to 5 business days.

No, you cannot see your sharpening in your Tweezerman.com order history. All updates and status information will be provided via email. The current turnaround time can range from 12 to 18 weeks. If you have any questions about your order, please get in touch with sharpening@tweezerman.com.
No. Only Tweezerman Tweezers, Nippers and Scissors can be re-sharpened and only by our sharpening service center. If a Nipper spring breaks, we will replace them at no charge. We do not service our Eyelash Curlers or other items that are not listed above. Our Ultra Precision, Rose Gold Series as well as any tools with metallic finishes on the tweezer tips cannot be sharpened due to the unique coating on these tools. The product needs to have stainless steel tips in order to be sharpened.

Yes, we can help! Every eye shape is different, so why should your lash tools be one size fits all? Our Curl 60° and Curl 38° lash curlers and combs are designed to fit different eye shapes to perfectly define your lashes.
· The Curl 60 Eyelash Curler is great for round-shaped eyes because of its higher arch.
· The Curl 38 Eyelash Curler works best for almond-shaped eyes due to its wider and flatter curved top.

For optimal performance, replace razor blades every 2 - 3 months or as needed.

We suggest replacing your lash curler pad every 3 months with daily use and the entire curler after 1 year for sanitary reasons. We do not currently sell replacement pads for our lash curlers. We do not recommend using other brand replacement pads as they may hinder the curler's performance.

Upon signing up for the program, you will automatically become an Insider! You can unlock additional benefits by reaching the Advanced Insider and Expert Insider tiers as you spend more. To advance to Advanced Insider, you must spend $120 within 12 months. After you’ve reached the Advanced Insider or Expert Insider tiers, your current tier status lasts for 12 months, beginning on the date you achieved the tier status. To retain your status in a tier, your total spends over those 12 months, beginning when you reached your tier, must equal that tier’s minimum required spend (Advanced Insider=$150 spend). To advance to Expert Insider, you must spend $400 within 12 months.

No, gift wrapping is only available within the U.S. and U.S. Territories.
Gift wrapping is at a flat rate of USD $5.00. Rates may change at Tweezerman's discretion.
Each item is individually wrapped with a black gift bag, a decorative ribbon, and a printed card with a customized gift message written by you.

There are a few common reasons you may see an error message at checkout: the address you have listed in your profile does not match your card's billing address, or your billing information needs to be corrected. Please also note that the billing/shipping countries/regions for your purchase must be the same. Ensure you correctly complete the reCAPTCHA promptly. Additionally, we do not ship internationally.
