Upon signing up for the program, you will receive a coupon code for 10% off + free ground shipping directly to your inbox. You will also receive a surprise birthday gift to your email during your birthday month! As you spend more, you can unlock additional benefits by reaching the Advanced
Insider and Expert Insider tiers.

After you’ve reached the Advanced Insider or Expert Insider tiers, your current tier status lasts for 12 months beginning on the date you achieved the tier status. To retain your status in a tier, your total spend over that 12 months beginning the date you achieved your tier, must equal that tier’s minimum required spend (Advanced Insider=$150 spend; Expert Insider=$400 spend).

Your birthday gift is a surprise! It will vary each year and will be different depending on your Insider status. All birthday gifts will be sent directly to your email during your birthday month and can only be redeemed once per year. Birthday gifts are not eligible for return or exchange and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Your welcome offer and surprise birthday gift can be redeemed at checkout with the coupon code we send to your email. All free shipping benefits will be automatically applied at checkout when you are signed into your account.

Your Tweezerman account will remain active, but you will not be eligible to receive any benefits the program offers.
