Never arrived, no refund

"Despite being a loyal Tweezerman customer, when these replacement blades were lost by USPS, customer service offered me neither a replacement nor refund. They pointed me to their shipping policy, which states customers have to file a claim with the postal service. Good luck with that! I’ll just have to order facial razors from a company with better customer service."
