"I am sorry to say that I ordered this product, waiting patiently for it to arrive, it came and the envelope it was in was empty. Completely empty. It did not appear that it was messed with during delivery, as it was completely intact and was actually a very good envelope, just completely empty. Could of been a mishap, however I have contacted the seller Tweezerman and they asked for pictures of the envelope, I sent them those requested pictures, and now I hear nothing, zip notta. I sent an email that I would need to hear back from them, since that morning I received a survey of my feelings about the product. Hoping they would fix this and give them a good survey. Still no answer, so I did the survey, not a good one not on the product but the service, I also am working on getting the bank to handle the charge and reverse it. Very disappointed, and was looking forward to using this product."
"These work really well for getting a smooth nail edge, as well as smooth cuticles. Mine always split (despite multiple daily lotion applications) or look uneven with cuticle trimmers, but pushing the cuticles back and then filing the excess makes for a cleaner, smoother, longer lasting trim."

Most nail blocks seem to last for just one use, the emery boards and files seem to be too harsh for natural nails. The Glass Nailcare Set fits the bill.
