"This is the first time I’ve ever bought a Tweezerman product that didn’t live up to the quality I expected. For context, I purchased this item directly from the Tweezerman website, not a third-party retailer. One of the springs has completely broken off after only 18 months of twice-weekly use on natural nails. I’ve notified CS with a picture of the damaged product and a copy of my receipt. The best I can hope for at this point is that Tweezerman will do the right thing and honor their replacement policy for purchases under their 2 year warranty. It’s only fair, considering the premium price point that they charge."

The spring isn’t springy—it’s slow and doesn’t rebound properly, which makes it unreliable in use. On top of that, the blades weren’t sharp out of the box, which is unacceptable at this price point. Compared to my earlier purchases, this one falls short. It’s frustrating to see the quality decline like this."
