"My ongoing quest for a high magnification mirror goes on - the strength of the Tweezerman mirror is ok (not great) but the size of the mirror and the fact that you must hold it to use makes it less than ideal The suction cups on the reverse are strong but affixing the mirror for use means it is too far away to be practical Perhaps a slightly larger mirror that has a stand? Really disappointed that I spent this much money on something I struggle to use"
"Mine fell off on first (proper) use having cleaned the mirror to install it. I’m trying to get a refund and the customer service process is a nightmare. What a waste of time and money—I’ll be finding a mirror with stand elsewhere."
"So, the mirror broke upon first (proper use). The suction cups *do not work* rendering the device useless unless you have three arms. I properly clean and dried the mirror and installed it correctly—I was using it and it fell off and mirror and shattered on the ground. Even that the glass shattered rather than broke like most household and car glass—so unsafe. Don’t buy this. Tweezerman, please refund me."
