"To start, these clippers fell apart immediately after opening the package. I turned the clipper lever to the cut position and it came out of the pin that holds the three pieces together. For a "precision" grip clipper, the tolerances of the fits lack precision. These are simply a rebranded, rubber coated, over priced, $3 pair of clippers. After three weeks of use they already lost their edge and leave a rough cut. I've purchased a combo set of Cremo clippers that lasted for years for not very much more than this single nail clipper."

However, this nail clipper fell apart almost immediately - the piece that rotates came off, and could not be fixed. Perhaps I should’ve contacted you about this, but I had recently lost my home in the Palisades fire and I just purchased a different nail clipper."
"The fingernail clipper that I bought was Chinese made and fell apart within two days. I would not recommend buying these type of Chinese made products that have a mechanical type hinge. Unfortunately, many companies rely on Chinese products that are cheaply made and this is one of them"
"Tweezerman products are usually top quality. Their lash comb is the only comb I r used for many years. I bought the fingernail and toenail clippers because the rubber would make it easier to use. Unfortunately, the rubber part on both slides off and makes it difficult to use. They need to secure that part so people can benefit from it."
