"Unsurpassed customer service, but sadly the product is not the same. I am a picker and a plucker. The arrival of a fresh new Tweezerman tweezer has always been nirvana to me. But this was not the case this time. I'm not sure I can adequately describe why, but I am going to try. The point of contact between the ends of the tweezer arms is so minuscule it is almost impossible to grab a hair. The product seems to be made of a different material, maybe that's the issue. Exasperatingly frustrating! I love Tweezerman and have been a long time customer. I beg you, change it back!"
