"I left my really good older quality mirror in a hotel, called, but never got it back. Got this one. . and it was great for about 2 weeks. . . then the suction cups gave up. . . fell off the mirror unto my bathroom counter, battery popped out. . . a new battery did not fix it either. Am so disappointed with something that could have been so good, quality was just not there. Oh, how I wish I had my old model one back from that hotel! Disappointed with the quality of this new one-Tweezerman light."

"I’ve been buying this mirror for years to pluck my eyebrows, which are very prolific. I pluck twice daily, so I am very dependent on your mirror and pointed tweezers, of which I’ve purchased many dozens! I am, however, disappointed with this mirror purchase; the mirror is distorted, like it’s a “cheap” mirror, or a “trick” mirror. I have to find that one spot on the mirror that is clear. It is different than previous mirrors I’ve purchased from you. I was very disappointed, but I have to have one, so I had to adapt. The rubber suction cups don’t stay on my main mirror very well either, but that’s probably my issue."
